Our teachers must pass a state background check, have CPS and First Aid certification, immunizations against childhood diseases, Blood and Bodily Fluids certification, Safe To Sleep certification, Medication Management certification, Disaster and Emergency Preparedness certification, Head Trauma certification, Early Learning Childcare Modules One and Two certification, thirty hours of childcare basics training, a high school diploma, and much more including being certified by the state Department of Children, Youth, and Famiies.

Our teachers provide safe, loving care and developmentally appropriate early childhood education, including language and reading readiness skills, math readiness skills, moral and spiritual education, and physical education including gross motor skills and fine motor skills training.

Early Achievers is a state licensing agency that rates the quality and professionalism of any participating early learning center in Washington state. Our strong level 3 rating is a great measure of the exceptional standard of care we offer.

Each week a Professor of Early Childhood Education from Clover Park Technical College comes to our center to evaluate, to coach, to teach our teachers, and to help our teachers get college credits and degrees in early childhood education.

Our center is licensed and continually inspected by Washington Department of Children, Youth, and Families.
